We update our list of RV rental FAQ’s regularly and encourage you to read through them.

Q. May I pick up or return an RV Rental on the weekend?
A. Yes, we offer RV Rental pick up and returns on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.

Q. Are rentals by the day or week?
A. There is a 4 night minimum to rent an rv.
You may rent for any amount of nights over 4 that choose. Longer periods of time are discounted

Q. Do you tell us how to hook up at a campground?
A. Yes, when you make your campground reservation request 50 amp electric and a pull thru site whenever possible. We provide a complete orientation at pick up, that takes about 45 minutes, and your questions are welcome. We also provide you with written instructions to take with you as well as phone support on your trip.

Q. Do I need to bring linens?
A. Yes, you need to bring bed linens and towels. We recommend you bring several flat sheets for bedding. RV beds are not traditional sizes and flat sheets allow you flexibility to cover the beds easily.

Q. How does insurance work?
A. Basic insurance is included with all rentals. Liability coverage is state minimum. Damage insurance covers the RV and carries a $500 deductible per occurrence. We recommend contacting your auto insurance agent to secure a rider/binder for the rental period. You should be able to obtain more liability coverage for a reasonable fee.

Q. Do the RV’s have TV’s?
A. Yes, all motorhome rental units have a televisions as well as a DVD player.
They also have a plug-n-play option for external DVD’s and Game Consoles.

Q. What additional expenses am I responsible for?
A. In addition to the rental fee, you will be charged for any additional mileage, any damage to the RV and Ohio sales/use tax. You are responsible to refill the gasoline tank, to empty the holding tanks and clean the RV before return. Generator use is $2 per hour. We have offer optional package that includes RV cleaning, and holding tank service upon return.
Fuel charges are always the responsibility of the renter.

Q. Does the RV have air conditioning?
A. Yes, all RV’s have central a/c.

Q. What happens if we break down?
A. All of our RV’s are new, serviced and checked over before every rental, so a break down is very unlikely. If a problem does occur you are required to contact us before proceeding with repair. We will reimburse you for any expenses incurred. You must provide us with receipts upon return. Any mechanical failure will be covered by us. You will be responsible to pay for anything that is caused by neglect or abuse. An example of abuse would be: A tire is cut through while hitting a curb. If you are not able to proceed with you trip or you are delayed we may refund your rental fee for time lost if it is not caused by abuse or neglect.

Q. How many people can go in 1 RV?
A. Most of our RV’s can carry a maximum of 8 people. All State seatbelt and car seat laws apply. There are also guidelines for weight capacities that must be followed.

Q. Can I tow a trailer or vehicle behind an RV?
A. No, Insurance regulations don’t allow us to permit towing of trailers or vehicles.

Q. How far in advance should I make a reservation to rent an RV?
A. We take reservations on a first come first serve basis. Many dates are booked by the same clients from year to year, so the summer months usually sell out quickly.
